Chef'n FreshForce Citrus Juicer

I love to use lime juice in marinades, tea, and some soups. The problem is that our available limes are generally small, hard, and quite a pain in the hand to squeeze using my old-fashioned hand juicer. Thanks to the little tool in this article, squeezing limes by hand is made easy. I mean easy. I’ve been able to have freshly squeezed lime juice on a whim and this tool gets all the juice out. I thought I’d share the Chef’n FreshForce Citrus Juicer.

The construction of the patented design juicer is robust, to say the least. Metal and sturdy and likely to last a long time. Easy to clean with a rinse after use. The ratcheting hinge gives you the leverage to get all the juice from the limes and lemons.

Its operation is rather simple, slice a lime or lemon, put half inside with cut side up, close the tool, and squeeze over your receptacle. Pull apart the handle, extract the rind, and repeat. Very efficient.

A much better way to squeeze limes

The Chef’n FreshForce Citrus Juicer I bought on Amazon has been such a pleasant surprise to me, that I just had to share it with others. You can check it out using the link above.

This tool has changed my outlook on squeezing limes

In my area, citrus is not generally the best. Frequently it’s picked too early, tends to be small and hard, and not very juicy. So, when I get on one of my marinade kicks requiring fresh squeezed lime juice I just want to groan at the prospect of trying to extract a couple of cups of lime juice from our available limes. This tool has changed all that. Its design is superb and very efficient at extracting all the juice from limes. I now use it almost every day. Next to my Chef Knife, it may be my nominee for my kitchen’s most valuable tool now. Try it, I think you’ll like it.
